You will get the ticket inside 3 working days after your booking is affirmed. To get the ticket at your postal address inside the US, you have to guarantee that you are available at your address at the time of delivery. We will send the ticket by means of enrolled mail or courier—hence we will be able to inform you of the date/time of ticket delivery.
Once you have completed your booking with us by making a payment, you will receive a confirmation e-mail shortly. The E-mail you receive will have the details of the booking. This email is a written confirmation about your booking and the price on which we have agreed to. Please make sure that all details provided are absolutely correct. A confirmation mail would be needed from your side. You will receive your e-ticket within 48-72 hours .In case of any discrepancy; you are requested to bring it into our notice right away. This is required as we are in the process of issuing your ticket and any changes at a later time, after issuance of e-ticket, might not be possible.
We understand changes can occur in your travel itinerary. You can contact us for the same and we will try our best to make the booking as per your new requirements. You may be required to pay an amendment fee as per the terms and conditions of the airline or hotel. Please keep in mind that we at no stage will be responsible for any such charges put upon us by the airline or hotel and you will have to pay any such charges. Please note that certain travel arrangements can’t be amended, any alteration request in this case can incur a cancellation charge of up to 100% for that part of the arrangements.
You can make ticket reservations for most of the airlines on our website. However you cannot book tickets for charter flights, flights operated by specific low cost airlines as well as by companies that don' t have representation in Greece.
